This free, one-hour webcast is the fourth in a four part series dedicated to interpreting the ever changing regulatory climate and compliance environment.

In response to the growing amount of identity theft or violation of consumer’s personal information, effective May 1, 2009, any business that manages electronic or paper documents containing personal information about a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are required by law to follow the new regulations established in 201 CMR 17.00.
