Unveiling eDiscovery's Dirty Little Secrets
~Stratify Launches Webinar Series Highlighting
Deep-rooted Success Factors for Electronic Discovery ~

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, March 4, 2009 – Stratify, Inc. a market leader in eDiscovery and subsidiary of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the global leader in information protection and storage services, announces the launch of a new webinar series: eDiscovery’s Dirty Little Secrets.  The educational webinar series will focus on critical success factors in eDiscovery engagements that demand the attention of in-house counsel, outside counsel and eDiscovery practitioners grappling with rapid changes in the legal profession in the midst of a turbulent economy.

Over the course of the series Stratify executives and senior attorneys will be joined by leading experts from Abbott Laboratories, Mayer Brown, Navigant Consulting, and PricewatershouseCoopers to go beyond the usual and ordinary in eDiscovery and instead delve into the minds of the experts for the best practices, strategies and technologies that attorneys and eDiscovery practitioners need to keep their heads above water in today’s tumultuous eDiscovery environment.

Each webinar will provide a focused 30-minute exploration of a key topic. The first webinar in the series, “Review Workflow Makes the Difference” is scheduled for Wednesday March 11 at 1:00PM ET.  The webinar will feature David Bayer, vice president marketing and alliance development, Stratify; James Gordon, managing director, Navigant Consulting, and Mike Sugrue director, client development and strategy, Stratify.

One of the biggest “dirty little secrets” of eDiscovery is how review workflow makes a huge difference in efficiency, matter management, and developing legal strategy. The webinar will focus on (1) How to develop review workflow taking into account key variables such as type of matter, scope of review and the composition of your review team (2) How to create workflow that enhances your substantive understanding of the matter and (3) How to automate review workflow to radically simplify workflow management while increasing review efficiency.  Take-aways from this webinar will include best practices to design and optimize review workflows, and new workflow technologies that simplify implementing and managing sophisticated workflow while increasing reviewer productivity.

Registration for the webinar is available at www.stratify.com or at http://event.on24.com/r.htm?e=135925&s=1&k=510375025817681A98B5B34A78
